Bokwa is a dance fitness program in which participants draw letters and number with their feet which are designed in a very interesting way that it is fun, energetic and a fantastic workout!

The routines are a great combination of cardio, strength training, coordination, flexibility and loads and loads of fun!!!

Each Bokwa class of 1 hour is guaranteed to burn upto 1800 calories.
